- 1 whole turkey (12-14 pounds)
- Sergio's Seasoning, to taste
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 4-5 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 4-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (or elevate with our Maitre d' Butter)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Rinse the turkey inside and out, then pat dry with paper towels.
- Season the cavity with Sergio's Seasoning, then stuff with onion, lemon, thyme, and rosemary.
