For over 65 years, The Golden Steer has welcomed countless legendary guests, with red leather booths named in honor of icons like Frank Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe. Known for its timeless fine dining, tuxedoed servers, tableside Caesar salad, and flaming desserts, it continues to bring a storied legacy of vintage glamour and traditional steakhouse service to our guests.

Dress Code
Golden Steer Las Vegas suggests smart, casual dress. We do not allow beachwear, gym wear, sweat pants, medical scrubs, excessively revealing clothing, ball caps, or beanies. For gentlemen, closed-toed shoes are required (no sandals or flip-flops). Sleeveless shirts or tank tops are also not allowed. Our restaurants provide a mature adult setting. If any children are in attendance, the same dress code applies. Please be aware that seating may be refused for dress code violations. Thank you in advance for your adherence.
Child Policy
To ensure the best possible dining experience for all of our guests and maintain a comfortable and safe environment, children under the age of 5, including infants, are not permitted at the restaurant.
If children are part of your party, we ask that they adhere to the same dress code as our adult guests.
Reservation Policies
- Seating Policy: Your entire party must be present to be seated. We do not seat partial parties.
- Late Arrivals: If you're running late for your booked time, please call us at (702) 384-4470. There is a 15-minute grace period past your booked time—unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a table after that point.
- Booth & Table Requests: While we try our hardest to accommodate specific booth requests, we cannot guarantee them.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation or fail to appear without prior notice, you may be subject to a charge of $25 per person. To avoid any charges, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests before the end of the day by calling (702) 384-4470.
- Wine Policy: You are welcome to bring your own wine, provided it is not listed on our wine list. A corkage fee of $75 will apply for standard bottles and $150 for magnum bottles. We allow a maximum of (2) standard bottles or (1) magnum bottle. To confirm our current wine offerings, please email rare@goldensteer.com or call us at (702) 384-4470.

Dress Code
Please be advised that Golden Steer at One Fifth does enforce a smart, elegant dress code for all guests, including children. We do not permit flip-flops, inappropriate clothing, baseball caps, or beachwear. Any guest who does not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry.
