Our proprietary blend, Sergio's Seasoning, is your new salt and pepper replacement. It is perfect on chicken, steak, eggs, grains, and vegetables. Our kosher salt and premium black pepper seasoning is on every steak served at the Golden Steer Steakhouse. Never cook without it and taste the difference. Each seasoning tin is 6 oz (net weight).

Sergio is the lead chef and butcher at Golden Steer Steakhouse. Over the years, he's perfected his hand-crafted seasoning to be the perfect complement to all of our USDA Prime steaks. Don't ask for the recipe though - it's top secret.
