Ingredients:
- 1 package of asparagus (about 16 spears)
- 2 tablespoons Maitre d’ Butter
- 8 oz prosciutto, sliced lengthwise
- Freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano for topping
Directions:
- Trim off the woody ends of the asparagus and clean. Dry asparagus well.
- Brush on melted Maitre D’ Butter.
- Wrap each stalk with a piece of prosciutto.
