Pepper Mafia Crusted Bone-In Ribeye Steaks

  • 2 bone-in ribeye steaks, 22oz
  • Pepper Mafia seasoning, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Sergio's Seasoning, to taste

Directions:

  1. Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  3. Rub the steaks with the Pepper Mafia seasoning, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
  4. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare steaks, adjusting the time for your desired doneness.
  7. Top each steak with a dollop of Maitre d’Butter and allow the steaks to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Maitre d’ Butter Baked Potatoes

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
