What is your return policy?

At Golden Steer, we are dedicated to providing premium steaks and other high-quality food products. To ensure a great experience with every purchase, please review our return policy below.

FOOD ITEMS

For food items, we have a 24-hour refund or reship policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a refund or a reshipment if the product is damaged or inedible.

In order to issue a refund or reshipment, we require photo and/or video of damaged or inedible product.

Because we ship perishable products that can't be restocked or resold, we're unable to accept returns or receive returned shipments. Once you’ve taken photo and/or video evidence of damaged or inedible products, we do ask you to dispose of the items.

To start a refund or request a reshipment, you can contact us at rare@goldensteer.com. The review process will take no longer than 14 days from date of initiation. Returns and reshipments are accepted at the discretion of the customer service team member. If your refund is accepted, we’ll initiate the refund back to the original payment method used. The refund should reflect on the account in 3-5 business days. If your reshipment is accepted, the new product will be shipped at our expense.

NON-FOOD ITEMS

We have a 30-day return policy for non-food items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return for non-food items, contact us at rare@goldensteer.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
