Here's how to cook up some of these yummy sammies for yourself at home:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground meat (beef or pork)
 - 1 egg
 - 2 cloves minced garlic
 - 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
 - 1/2 teaspoon Bowtie Seasoning
 - 1/2 teaspoon Sergio’s Seasoning
 - 2 cups of bread soaked in milk (a @millennialnonna signature touch)
 - 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for frying)
 - 2 tablespoons of butter (for frying)
 - Rustic sandwich roll or bun
 - Mozzarella cheese
 
Directions:
- Soak the bread in milk until mostly absorbed. Squeeze out the excess milk and return to bowl.
 - Mix ingredients together by hand and form balls, making sure to not pack too tightly.
 - Fry meatballs in extra virgin olive oil and butter at medium heat on all sides until fully cooked.
 - Add to your sauce of choice, then serve immediately on a rustic bread roll or bun with mozzarella.
