My Steak Didn't Arrive Frozen

When you order from Golden Steer Steak company we pride ourselves that the quality of your order is always held to the highest standard. Unfortunately accidents do happen. If your meat did not arrive completely frozen please take a photo and/or video of the product and email us at rare@goldensteersteakcompany.com. Dispose of the meat once the photo and/or video is taken and sent to us.


Once we receive your email we will start reviewing your order and rectify the issue as soon as possible. As soon as we deem that the product arrived unfrozen we are able to issue you a full refund or reship the product free of charge to you. Our team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm PT.
