Ingredients:
Marinated Chickpeas:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1 teaspoon Table 40 Seasoning (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Bowtie Seasoning (to taste)
- Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
