Tomahawk Steak 38oz

I seasoned it with Sergio's seasoning reversed seared it on my Weber charcoal grill took it off when it hit 125 degrees, put 3 dollops of Maitre d' butter on top and tented for 15 mins it was absolutely delicious and extremely tender.

The Best for a Reason

I ordered the Champ to surprise my dad for his birthday and he loved it! The tomahawk was huge and more than enough for my parents, partner, and I. My dad also really appreciated the recipe cards, made things super easy for all of us.


Steak was hefty and delicious. Will order again.
