I like pepper... And this stuff has all kinds. Use it with other spices to ramp up what you're seasoning. My latest thing is putting my usual concoction on a good steak.. spray the meat with olive oil.. THEN sprinkle this blend on top. It sticks better..then onto a hot grill. 2.5 min. Flip.. smear a big pat of butter on top.. 2.5 min flip... another pat of butter then a GOOD instant read thermometer
.. temp of 125.. flip one final time remove and let sit for 10 min covered. It will still cook for a bit. Dark pink interior. Sautee mushrooms while it's resting if you want. Fantastic flavor. Thanks GS
