A Smoky, Creamy Pasta That Brings the Heat

Some pasta dishes play it safe—this one doesn’t. Our Pepper Mafia Seasoning Salmon Pasta brings bold flavors straight to your plate. It’s smoky, creamy, and unforgettable—just like the Golden Steer itself. With the sharp, floral heat of Pepper Mafia and the herb-forward, garlicky richness of De Jonghe Seasoning, this one-pan wonder turns a weeknight meal into a restaurant-level experience.

Whether you're feeding the family or hosting a dinner party, this dish proves you don’t need a tux to eat like a legend.

Why Pepper Mafia and De Jonghe Work So Well Together

Pepper Mafia Seasoning isn’t your average pepper blend. It’s a six-pepper fusion—black, green, Szechuan, pink, grains of paradise, and white pepper—designed to hit all the right notes: floral, sharp, potent, zesty, and earthy. No pepper grinder required.

Then there’s De Jonghe Seasoning: a garlicky, herb-packed blend with steakhouse roots that brings nostalgic richness and savory depth.

Together, they elevate salmon pasta from simple to seductive. One brings the fire, the other brings finesse.

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper Mafia Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon De Jonghe Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup cheese of your favorite Boursin cheese
  • 8 ounces fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • Sergio's Seasoning (to taste)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Season salmon generously with Pepper Mafia Seasoning and De Jonghe Seasoning.

  4. Flake salmon into chunks and gently fold into pasta.
