Sweet Holiday Butter Recipe: Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread

This Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread is the stuff of dreams! The decadent combo of our Sweet Holiday Butter with creamy brie, garlic confit, and tart cranberries will put a smile on your guests faces.

Bring this delicious, easy to make appetizer to your next holiday gathering, or treat yourself at home.
Here’s what you’ll need to create this ooey, gooey delight:

  • 1 fresh baked sourdough bread round
  • 1/2 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups of garlic confit (see here for recipe)
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Holiday Butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Use a bread knife to crosshatch bread into 1-inch sections without cutting all the way through.
  3. Melt Sweet Holiday Butter in a dish and drizzle half of the butter into bread openings.
  4. Remove most of the rind from brie and cut into 1-inch cubes. Insert into bread openings.
  5. Spoon garlic cloves into bread openings next to cheese pieces.
  6. Generously baste top of bread with remaining Sweet Holiday Butter.
  7. Stuff cranberries into bread openings to taste.
  8. Place bread in a cast iron skillet or on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
  9. Let stand for 5 minutes, then serve!
