INGREDIENTS:
- 1 fresh baked sourdough bread round
- 1/2 wheel of brie cheese

- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Sweet Holiday Butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Use a bread knife to crosshatch bread into 1-inch sections without cutting all the way through.
- Melt Sweet Holiday Butter in a dish and drizzle half of the butter into bread openings.
- Remove most of the rind from brie and cut into 1-inch cubes. Insert into bread openings.
- Spoon garlic cloves into bread openings next to cheese pieces.
- Generously baste top of bread with remaining Sweet Holiday Butter.
- Stuff cranberries into bread openings to taste.
- Place bread in a cast iron skillet or on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
- Let stand for 5 minutes, then serve!
