Dressing:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 shallot, (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Table 40 Seasoning
- 1/4-1/2 tablespoons Sergio’s Seasoning
Salad:
- 1 pound dry orzo
- 2 cups cubed feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 Persian cucumbers, chopped
- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini, chopped
- Optional fresh herbs for topping like basil, parsley, dill
Directions:
