De Jonghe Seasoning Recipe: Garlic Butter Baked Salmon

Looking for a recipe that brings steakhouse-level flavor to your seafood dinner? This garlic butter baked salmon combines De Jonghe Seasoning and Sergio’s Seasoning to create a dish that’s zesty and citrus-forward with a touch of heat. The garlic butter seeps into every flake of the salmon, while the signature blends bring the bold flavor Vegas is famous for.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (six ounces each), skinless
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter, cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (plus more to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sergio’s Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon De Jonghe Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 thin lemon slices, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Remove the salmon from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. Pat each fillet dry using paper towels. Season both sides lightly with Sergio’s Seasoning.
  2. In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for one minute until fragrant. Stir in De Jonghe Seasoning and lemon juice, then remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon, presentation-side down, for two minutes to create a golden crust. Flip and sear the other side for one minute.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Transfer the seared salmon fillets to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spoon half of the garlic butter mixture over each fillet and top with a lemon slice. Bake uncovered for eight to twelve minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 130 to 135°F.
  5. Remove salmon from the oven and allow it to rest for two to three minutes. Drizzle with the remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
