I have eaten at the Steer multiple times! A must every time I am in Vegas! I have the seasoning on auto delivery.
Tried it on a Forward Sear MS (8-9) Wagyu Picanha over Charcoal + Mesquite Wood Chunks. Tasted Great
Nest time we will skip the Mesquite and see what happens!
I've been buying multi-purpose seasonings for a long time seeking something that gives "wow" flavor to meats and fish but sadly many are one dimensional. Sergio's can be used for everything! I have used for steaks, chicken, pork chops, and fish. It's truly incredible. The only problem I have is that it keeps running out because I use it so much!
Great finishing salt. Can duet with the Pepper Mafia. And offer which may be hard to refuse. Modest amounts are suggested. Certainly can see this in many kitchens.

I recently bought Sergio’s seasoning. This is the best steak seasoning. I tried many seasonings. None comes even close to Sergio. Sergio’s seasoning doesn’t mask the steak taste. It enhances it.
