The bright citrus of fresh lemon zest harmonizes with the subtle warmth of cayenne, creating a symphony of flavors that add a distinguished touch of heat to salmon, chicken, and shrimp. Each seasoning tin is 4.5 oz (net weight).

Who is Sergio?

Sergio is the lead chef and butcher at Golden Steer Steakhouse. Over the years, he's perfected his hand-crafted seasoning to be the perfect complement to all of our USDA Prime steaks. Don't ask for the recipe though - it's top secret.
