Four of our full-bodied USDA-certified Prime New York Strips, stand above the rest for their boldness and bite combined with tenderness from wet aging over 21 days.

We butcher all our meat in-house, which means no one steak is alike.  Our average New York strip steak weighs 14 oz - 16 oz, depending on the individual cut.
