Twenty minutes, one pan, and a pound of shrimp. That’s the premise — and Bowtie Seasoning is what makes it work. The shrimp get a generous coat of Bowtie on both sides before hitting the grill, picking up its lemon character and a quick sear. Then the real flavor comes together in a skillet: butter, minced garlic, more Bowtie, and a squeeze of fresh lime, cooked down until fragrant and slightly golden. The shrimp go back in, tossed until every piece is coated. Finished with fresh cilantro, this works as an appetizer over toast or as a full meal alongside white rice. Either way, it moves fast — make sure everything is ready before the shrimp hit the heat.
Serves 2–4
Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp Bowtie Seasoning, divided
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lime (optional)
- Fresh cilantro, to finish
- White rice or toasted bread for serving
Directions
- Season the shrimp: Season the shrimp generously on both sides with approximately 2 tbsp of Bowtie Seasoning.
- Grill: Heat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat with a light coat of olive oil. Grill the shrimp for about 2 minutes per side, just until cooked through. Set aside.
- Build the sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the remaining 2 tbsp Bowtie Seasoning, the minced garlic, and the lime juice. Cook, stirring, until the garlic is fragrant and just turning golden — about 1–2 minutes.
- Toss: Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the grilled shrimp and toss to coat thoroughly in the sauce.
- Finish: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately over white rice as an entrée or on toasted bread as an appetizer.
- Enjoy!
