Three things on one griddle, all worth making on their own — and even better together. Inspired by the recipe from @shesgotthecooks, this spread puts Bowtie Seasoning and Maitre d’Butter to work across the board. Red potatoes get tossed in Bowtie and fresh garlic, seared until golden, then steamed under a dome for crispy outsides and fluffy insides. Sea scallops go into a hot pan with oil and Maitre d’Butter, basted until caramelized and golden. And fresh green beans get charred on the griddle, finished with Maitre d’Butter, toasted panko, and fresh Parmesan. Simple ingredients. Big flavor.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients

- 1 lb small red potatoes, quartered
- Olive oil, to taste
- Bowtie Seasoning, to taste
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- Splash of water
Butter-Basted Scallops
- Sea scallops
- Light drizzle of oil
- Maitre d’Butter, to taste
- Bowtie Seasoning, to taste
Parmesan Crunch Green Beans
- Fresh green beans
- Oil, to taste
- Maitre d’Butter, to taste
- Panko breadcrumbs, to taste
- Fresh Parmesan, shredded, to finish
Directions
Bowtie Potatoes
- Toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, and Bowtie Seasoning until well coated.
- Cook on a flat-top griddle over medium-high heat until crispy and golden on the cut sides.
- Add a splash of water and cover with a dome to steam until fork-tender.
- Remove the dome and let any remaining moisture cook off before serving.
Butter-Basted Scallops
- Season the scallops with Bowtie Seasoning on both sides.
- Heat a drizzle of oil on the griddle and add the Maitre d’Butter. Once melted and hot, add the scallops.
- Cook for about 4 minutes per side, basting with the butter, until beautifully golden and caramelized.
Parmesan Crunch Green Beans
- Drop the green beans onto a lightly oiled griddle and cook until tender, lightly charred, and still crisp.
- Add Maitre d’Butter and panko breadcrumbs, tossing until the breadcrumbs are golden and toasted.
- Finish with fresh shredded Parmesan over the top.
Plate everything together and enjoy!
