Let us introduce you to De Jonghe Seasoning—a culinary masterpiece now available on its own for a limited time. This blend is your secret weapon for creating a sophisticated, flavorful dinner that feels like a luxury dining experience in the comfort of your home. Inspired by the viral chicken thigh recipe that took the internet by storm, we’re bringing you an elevated version starring the rich and aromatic De Jonghe Seasoning along with Sergio's Seasoning. This seasoning blend draws from the legacy of the Golden Steer, the oldest and most iconic steakhouse in Las Vegas, frequented by legends like Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, and Elvis Presley.

Here’s what you'll need:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons De Jonghe Seasoning
  • Sergio's Seasoning, to taste
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, Sergio's Seasoning and De Jonghe Seasoning in a large bowl until fully combined.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, coating them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  5. Sear the chicken thighs in the skillet, skin-side down, until golden brown (about 3 to 4 minutes). Flip the chicken.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).
  7. Remove the chicken from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Pair with your favorite sides, like roasted vegetables or a crisp green salad.
  9. Enjoy!
