A golden tortilla, a well-browned layer of chicken, and a cool, creamy Caesar topping. These Crispy Chicken Caesar Tacos, adapted from @thecocktailmama.diaries, bring all three together in one tasty combo. Table 40 Seasoning and French Cuffs Seasoning are mixed into the ground chicken before it’s spread thinly onto each tortilla and seared chicken-side down. Flip to crisp the tortilla, then finish with dressed Caesar salad and a generous handful of Parmesan. It’s a fresh take on two favorites, with the kind of crunch that calls for serving straight from the pan.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tbsp Table 40 Seasoning
- French Cuffs Seasoning, to taste
- 4–6 small flour tortillas
- 1 Caesar salad kit, including dressing
- ½ cup shredded or grated Parmesan
- Oil or cooking spray, as needed
Directions
- Season the chicken: Add the ground chicken to a bowl. Mix in Table 40 Seasoning and French Cuffs Seasoning until evenly combined. For a lighter seasoning level, use less French Cuffs.
- Build the tortillas: Divide the chicken between the tortillas and spread into a thin, even layer all the way to the edges.
- Heat the skillet: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with oil or cooking spray as needed.
- Sear the chicken: Working in batches, place each tortilla chicken-side down in the hot skillet. Cook for about 3–4 minutes, until nicely browned.
- Crisp the tortillas: Flip and cook the tortilla side for another 1–2 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Toss the salad: Meanwhile, toss the Caesar salad kit with its dressing.
- Finish and serve: Top the cooked chicken side with Caesar salad and Parmesan. Fold into tacos and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
- Enjoy!
