Here's what you'll need to make this sentimental and delicious recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 USDA Prime 22oz Bone-in Ribeyes
- Sergio's Seasoning
- Maitre d’ Butter
- 4 medium Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 pound of green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Season your ribeye steaks with Sergio's Seasoning, making sure to coat both sides of the steak evenly.
- Heat a skillet on medium to high heat. Once heated, add the ribeye steaks to the skillet and sear for 4 minutes on one side without moving it.
- Flip the steak over and place it in the preheated oven to cook until it reaches your desired internal temperature.
- To make the garlic mashed potatoes, place the peeled and cut potatoes in a large pot and add enough water to cover them. Add a pinch of Sergio's Seasoning and bring the water to a boil. Cook the potatoes until they are tender when pierced with a fork, about 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and add the milk and Maitre d'Butter. Mash the potatoes until they are smooth. Season with Sergio's Seasoning to taste.
- In a separate bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and Sergio's Seasoning to taste. Arrange the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.
- Once the steak is cooked to your desired temperature, remove it from the oven and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
- Add a dollop of the Maitre d'Butter on top of the steak and allow it to melt.
- Serve the steak alongside the creamy garlic mashed potatoes and roasted green beans.
