The Showgirl Recipe: Marilyn's Favorite Ribeye and Carrots

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the carrots on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with Sergio’s Seasoning. Roast until tender and lightly caramelized.
  3. Pat the ribeye dry and season both sides with Sergio’s Seasoning.
  4. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the ribeye until a golden crust forms, then flip and cook to your preferred doneness.
  5. Add Maitre d’Butter to the skillet during the final minute of cooking and spoon it over the steak.
  6. Let the ribeye rest before slicing. Finish with a sprinkle of The Showgirl Seasoning and serve with the roasted carrots and fresh parsley.
