A steakhouse classic with a little star power, this sophisticated dish starts with Sergio’s Seasoning for a savory foundation, then finishes with our Marilyn Monroe-inspired The Showgirl Seasoning for a polished, signature touch. Paired with tender roasted carrots and a beautifully seared ribeye, this dish is timeless, confident, and worthy of center stage.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients
- One ribeye steak
- Sergio's Seasoning, to taste
- The Showgirl Seasoning, to taste
- Carrots, peeled and cut lengthwise
- Olive oil, to taste
- Maitre d’Butter, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the carrots on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with Sergio’s Seasoning. Roast until tender and lightly caramelized.
- Pat the ribeye dry and season both sides with Sergio’s Seasoning.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the ribeye until a golden crust forms, then flip and cook to your preferred doneness.
- Add Maitre d’Butter to the skillet during the final minute of cooking and spoon it over the steak.
- Let the ribeye rest before slicing. Finish with a sprinkle of The Showgirl Seasoning and serve with the roasted carrots and fresh parsley.
- Enjoy!
