Ingredients:
- 2 USDA Prime The Gunslinger Ribeye steaks
- 2 ears of corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons of Maitre d’ Butter
- 1 tablespoon of Sergio’s Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of The Outlaw Rub
- 1 tablespoon of Pepper Mafia Seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Generously season each ribeye steak on both sides with Sergio’s Seasoning to build a strong flavor foundation.
- Layer on The Outlaw Rub and Pepper Mafia Seasoning to bring bold, smoky flavor to the steak.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting based on your desired doneness.
- While the steaks are grilling, brush each ear of corn with Maitre d’ Butter and sprinkle lightly with Sergio’s Seasoning.
- Grill the corn for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
- Remove everything from the grill and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
