Beyond my high expectations!

Purchased this for my wife's birthday and could not believe how easy the directions were to follow (a cast iron skillet works great - but is not mandatory). The steaks were perfect and amazing. The "finishing trio" of generously proportioned spice and sauces were also amazing. First class all the way!

Great Gift

The steaks were delicious and I love all the recipes that came in the book! The pin was a nice touch as well.
